Display styles

Choose between a cover-image focused display style or one that preferences textual display.

Use Global Display Style to change all enrichments at once, or set the display style on each enrichment element individually.

• Standard — an image-forward layout designed for browsing and discovery.
• Academic — a text-forward layout designed for research contexts.

Some Syndetics Unbound elements, like Summary, Look Inside, Awards and Honors, and Book Profile, are already primarily displayed as text so they remain the same in both display styles.

Note that regardless of display style chosen, the extended view of each element in the “see more” or “browse” lightboxes will continue to use standard display.
